Política de reembolso

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request to do it with at least 24 hour notice. Any cancellation more than 24 hours in advance would result in 100% refund of the amount of reserved services (does not include additional payment processing fees paid by customer). For cancellations, rescheduling and no-show the following fees would apply:

Cancellation fee: Any cancellation made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 20% of the reserved services. We will provide you a refund in the amount of 80% of reserved service. 

No-show fee:  No-show is when a customer didn't show for the scheduled appointment within 15 minutes  of the scheduled time.  In case of no-show customers will receive a charge equal to 20% of the reserved services. We will provide you a refund in the amount of 80% of reserved service. 

Rescheduling fee:  You can reschedule anytime, but we would appreciate to be done at least 24 hours in advance.
